

Ryan grew up on the Mornington Peninsula, and has developed a special understanding of the health and lifestyle needs of local residents and how physiotherapy can assist them in achieving and maintaining their optimal health. His involvement in various sporting and recreational groups has assisted in his role as head physiotherapist for 2006 Nepean Football League Premiers Rye, and also the Southern Peninsula Sharks basketball team. Ryan's areas of interest are musculo-skeletal physiotherapy, clinical Pilates and sports injuries, both of which he continues to develop an expertise in through ongoing professional development.
Now working closely with local doctors, Ryan's aim is provide high quality physiotherapy treatment in a relaxed and comfortable setting in an effort to restore pain free movement to clients of all ages.


Peninsula Foot Clinic has been providing the highest standard of Podiatry services for families on the Mornington Peninsula for almost 20 years. Operating a branch within Sorrento Medical Centre Jessica Trim consults for two days each week here.
A long term Mornington Peninsula resident, Jessica has been with the clinic since 2002. With a podiatry degree and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Biology, Jessica has a special interest in chronic disease management and diabetic foot care. As a track athlete, Jessica understands the demands of sport and the management of complex injuries.

Kate Save graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor Nutrition and Dietetics/Bachelor of Science (Exercise Science). She has worked as a Lecturer in Nutrition and Exercise Science for several Tafes and Colleges, as well as Private Practice in Brighton and Mt Martha. Kate is also completing an Advanced Diploma of Diabetes Education. Special clinical interests include weight loss and obesity-related illness, Diabetes, Irritable Bowel/Coeliac Diease and Sports nutrition. Kate is recognised by private health insurance providers, Medicare, DVA and Work Safe Victoria.
